Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team at support@laserpecker.com within 30 days of delivery, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address for your region.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the device in its original box with all accessories and manuals included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the returned unit to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
